Manages a high-volume data team, providing oversight, resolving escalated issues, and offering guidance to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.

Establishes clear goals, action plans, and performance standards, ensuring work is prioritized and completed in alignment with district needs, process deadlines, and service level agreements.

Conducts regular audits and quality checks on HR data across multiple systems, identifying errors, inconsistencies, or risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Evaluates and authorizes manager-initiated changes such as terminations, pay adjustments, and supervisor updates, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Delivers responsive, high-quality customer service to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders; actively collects feedback to identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

Investigates, analyzes, and resolves system and data discrepancies, particularly those affecting payroll accuracy, while identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.

Maintains adherence to regulatory requirements, including EEO and CDE reporting; monitors legislative changes affecting HR data and proactively updates practices and policies as needed.

Acts as a liaison between HR and the Department of Technology Services (DoTS) to ensure HR systems support operational needs, drive automation, improve workflows, and maintain data integrity.

Utilizes reporting tools such as OTBI within the HCM application to generate reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to support HR decision-making and workforce planning.

Champions a culture of data accuracy and excellence by developing policies, training HR teams and stakeholders on best practices, and ensuring ongoing process documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Minimum of an Associate's or relevant work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- One (1) year of Management Responsibility.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR operations, HR data management, HRIS administration, or a similar role.
- Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
- Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
