Competitive Compensation
- Permanent daily minimum guarantee
- Average full-time earnings: $290,000–$350,000+ annually
- Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus (select locations)
- No production cap—earn the greater of your daily guarantee or production

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Current or future dental license eligible in the state of practice
