Dental Dreams is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our Battle Creek, Michigan clinic.
We’re looking for a motivated dentist who wants to build a long-term career with a dentist-owned organization that provides clinical autonomy, strong mentorship, modern facilities, and a consistently full patient schedule.

Compensation
Permanent Daily Minimum Guarantee
Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
Average Full-Time Compensation: $290,000–$350,000+
High patient volume with strong production opportunities
