Our practice is looking for a Dental Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly while supporting a dedicated and high-performing dental team. If you are organized, friendly, and enjoy building relationships with patients, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Welcome patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note.
Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.
Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy.
Coordinate daily front desk operations to keep the day running efficiently.
Work closely with clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional, patient-first approach.
Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly, team-focused attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
