Content Producer
About this role
Location: London
Reports to: Art Director
- Minimum 5 years' experience in creative production within a creative agency, production company or premium fashion/luxury brand.
- Strong understanding of photography, film production, post-production and digital content creation.
- Excellent knowledge of production workflows across digital, social, e-commerce channels
- Outstanding project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously.
- Proven experience managing production budgets and negotiating with suppliers.
- Excellent understanding of production contracts, licensing and image usage rights.
- Strong visual sensitivity and a genuine appreciation for fashion, luxury branding and design.
- An established network of photographers, directors, stylists and production suppliers is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Right to work in the UK.
Production Management
- Lead the end-to-end production of all creative content, including campaigns, lookbooks, e-commerce, social content, advertising, print materials etc.
- Oversee every stage of production, from pre-production through shoot execution to final post-production delivery.
- Own and maintain the annual content production calendar, ensuring alignment with global Marketing Calendar.
- Build and manage detailed production timelines, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate all operational, logistical and administrative aspects of productions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the creative ambition behind each project and collaborate closely with the Creative team to bring it to life.
- Translate creative briefs into the most appropriate production approach, balancing creative excellence with timing and budget.
- Recommend and source the most suitable creative partners, including photographers, directors, production companies, casting, locations, stylists, hair & make-up artists, set designers and freelancers.
- Prepare and manage production briefs for all internal and external partners.
- Support creative execution on set, ensuring the highest standards of visual quality are achieved.
Budget & Supplier Management
- Manage production budgets from planning through to final reconciliation.
- Negotiate fees and production costs with external suppliers while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, invoicing and payments.
- Build and nurture a trusted network of photographers, directors, production companies and creative suppliers.
- Ensure all talent, photographer and supplier usage rights are negotiated, documented and respected across all markets and communication channels.
Asset Delivery & Governance
- Own the delivery of all creative assets according to the requirements of Digital, Marketing, Communications and other internal stakeholders.
- Oversee post-production, including image retouching, video editing, colour grading and final approvals.
- Ensure all assets are delivered in the correct formats and within agreed deadlines.
- Create a well-organised Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring assets are properly named, archived and easily accessible.
- Partner closely with the Art Director and the Head of Graphics to ensure creative intent is translated into efficient, well-planned productions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop clear creative briefs, defining deliverables, timelines and responsibilities.
- Help prioritise workloads across the Art Direction team to ensure realistic planning and efficient workflows.
- Coordinate product and sample availability with relevant internal teams to ensure productions run smoothly.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve production processes, tools, technologies and ways of working to enhance both creative quality and operational efficiency.
- Promote responsible production practices by identifying opportunities to improve the environmental sustainability of shoots whenever possible.
