About this team:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and talented Consultant to join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team, working in a client-facing advisory capacity across a wide range of organisations and industries.

The TS&T team act as strategic advisors to New Zealand businesses to enable them to better leverage technology on their digital transformation journeys. This role is typically advisory-led, combining structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and practical recommendations. Some examples of the work we do are:

  • Advising executive and senior leaders to design technology strategies aligned to business outcomes for organisations
  • Designing and implementing operating models for technology, transformation, and digital functions
  • Completing requirements gathering and options analysis activities for new business applications and/or capabilities
  • Technology procurement and commercial management for new or existing business applications and platforms, including market assessments and vendor evaluations
  • Enterprise architecture advisory including system rationalisation and scaling for future growth
  • Designing and getting agreement on transformation programmes including business case development, delivery methodologies and strategies, and approaches to value realisation, often supporting governance and decision-making forums
