Business Analyst SAP FI-CO

We are looking for a SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic internal applications team. You will support our SAP ECC and Concur systems by managing tickets, overseeing enhancement projects, coordinating testing with users, and contributing to release management and planning. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical experts to ensure our systems run reliably and evolve with the needs of the firm.

How you’ll contribute to our success

• Incident investigation & root cause analysis: Investigate and troubleshoot incidents on SAP FI-CO and Concur, identifying and addressing root causes to ensure stable and reliable solutions.
• Code reading & debugging: Analyze and debug existing code to understand system behavior, trace anomalies, and support the resolution of technical issues in collaboration with ABAP developers.
• Interface analysis: Review and interpret system interfaces (IDoc, OData, REST/SOAP APIs) to understand data flows, identify integration issues, and support seamless communication between systems.
• Ticketing & enhancement support: Manage and prioritize incoming tickets, and contribute to the identification, planning, and implementation of system enhancements to improve internal processes.
• Testing & release coordination: Collaborate with business users to organize testing phases and support release management activities, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth deployments.

Your skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Around 2 years of professional experience, including initial hands-on SAP exposure (SAP ECC; FI-CO and/or Concur is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset; able to investigate problems, read logs, trace data flows, and explore details to find root causes.
• Ability to read and debug code; exposure to ABAP or other programming languages and basic understanding of integration/interface concepts (IDoc, OData, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Team-oriented, with strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and proficiency with common office/collaboration tools; eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages an advantage).
