Functieomschrijving
Voor ons team in Amsterdam zoeken wij een Accountant in Opleiding. Je past de kennis uit je studie meteen toe in de praktijk en draait mee bij verschillende klanten, waardoor je bij uiteenlopende organisaties ervaring opdoet. Één dag per week is vrijgemaakt voor je Post-Master opleiding tot Register Accountant. Daarnaast ontwikkel je je tot auditor van de toekomst via ons Bright Development‑programma, met specialisaties zoals Sustainability Reporting, IT‑audit en Data Analytics.
Functie-eisen
Natuurlijk blijf je altijd scherp op details en bundel je graag de krachten met collega’s. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder heb jij als Accountant in Opleiding:
Een WO-diploma of zit je in de afrondende fase van je studie, bij voorkeur een studie met accountancy vakken;
ambitie om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot Register Accountant;
een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
Aanvullende informatie
Verdiepen in de bedrijfsprocessen en hoe deze uiteindelijk leiden tot een jaarrekening;
controleren van de posten in de jaarrekening;
gebruikmaken van data‑analytics en de nieuwste, innovatieve controletechnieken;
volgen van het postmasterprogramma tot register‑accountant, één dag per week;
krijgen van een buddy tijdens de eerste maanden ter ondersteuning van je onboarding;
ontwikkelen buiten auditwerkzaamheden, bijvoorbeeld in AI, Sustainability, HR en coaching.
Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar je snel groeit. Binnen de Audit‑afdeling in Amsterdam werk je vanuit één van onze communities (Financial Services, Listed & PCAOB of Private & Public). Je start met een gevarieerd klantenpakket binnen die community en krijgt daarna de ruimte om je te specialiseren in de klanttypes die bij jou passen.
