Pharmacist Trainer Specialist

• Conduct training sessions for pharmacists and pharmacy teams.
  
• Prepare educational materials, presentations, workshops, and interactive activities.
  
• Deliver product training on OTC, skincare, haircare, vitamins, and wellness brands.
  
• Explain active ingredients, indications, contraindications, and counseling points.
  
• Create clinical case studies and role-play scenarios for pharmacy practice.
  
• Support sales growth through educational and promotional training.
  
• Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide feedback.
  
• Stay updated with pharmaceutical and cosmetic market trends.
  
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align training objectives.
  
• Organize online and offline training events.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or vet
  
• Previous experience in pharmacy training, retail pharmacy is preferred.
  
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
  
• Excellent knowledge of OTC and cosmetician products.
  
• Ability to simplify scientific information in an engaging way.
  
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and training tools.
  
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
