Unser Dentallabor im Herzen der Düsseldorfer Altstadt, in direkter Rheinnähe, sucht eine freundliche und engagierte Assistenz im Front Office, die unser Team tatkräftig unterstützt.
Mitarbeiter Front Office (m/w/d) für unser Dentallabor
Aufgaben
- Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kund*innen mit einem Lächeln
- Entgegennahme von Anrufen und Koordination der Terminvergaben
- Bearbeitung Auftragseingänge und -ausgänge
- Organisation und Planung von Botenfahrten
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Backoffice
Qualifikation
- Freude an Kommunikation und ein professionelles, freundliches Auftreten
- Erste Erfahrung im Dentalbereich
- Ein hohes Maß an Teamgeist und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Organisatorisches Talent und strukturiertes Arbeiten
