Profile
The Project Manager - Industrialization will be responsible for developing and executing project plans aligned with company manufacturing strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Development, coordination and execution of transformative projects linked to improved production efficiencies
- Development of manufacturing cell design and plant layout
- Coordination of projects aligned to company manufacturing capabilities and strategies (Make vs Buy) including business cases
- Project Governance and Oversight
Education & Experience
- Technical post secondary degree
- 5+ years of Aerospace work experience in an Engineering/Methods/Manufacturing
Environment
- In depth technical knowledge of Aerospace Manufacturing Systems, Aerospace Engineering Systems and the aircraft
- Experience in leading project teams and possess strong project management skills
- Experience in the identification and implementation of New Manufacturing Technologies
- Knowledge and experience with Lean concepts with a spirit for continuous improvement
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft engineering drawings
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
- Ability to manage and act on multiple projects and priorities at one time.
