We are looking for an Office & Welfare Manager to join our amazing growing Start-up!
This is a great opportunity to build processes and take part in shaping the culture of the company.
In this role, you'll work closely with our HR and marketing Manager handling office administration, employee welfare, marketing and supporting the company's finance and event/conference activities, while working with our bookkeepers, employees, customers, and suppliers.
About the role
nullResponsibilities
- Handle day to day office operations and administration
- Support finance operations - invoicing, payments, and expense tracking, working closely with our bookkeepers
- Lead employee welfare - organize events, happy hours, holiday toasts, birthdays, and more
- Support event and conference marketing - help plan and execute company conferences and external events
- Manage vendors and suppliers, including basic negotiation and budget tracking
- Keep employee data up-to-date
- Manage equipment, supplies, and office logistics
- Work closely with the HR Manager on processes and culture
Requirements
- Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiations, and financial oversight - a must
- Experience planning and executing events or conferences - an advantage
- Claude master is a big plus
- Great people skills and leadership presence - a must!
- Good vibes!
- Highly motivated, quick learner, creative, and open-minded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
- 1+ years of experience in Office Management, Operations Management, or a similar role with cross-functional ownership- an advantage
