DBS Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Support Technician to assist with a variety of shop and manufacturing activities. This is a hands-on position supporting fabrication, assembly, material preparation, and general production operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist production personnel across multiple departments as needed
- Drill, cut, and prepare material for fabrication and assembly
- Build pallets, fixtures, and work aids as required
- Stage materials for production activities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
- Support fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing operations
- Perform basic shop maintenance and organization tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or shop experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
