Job Objectives
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Planned Trust Product Manager to lead the development and growth of the trust business franchise.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of trust products, including product ideation, structuring, operational framework design, and platform enhancement, with the objective of driving business growth, increasing market penetration, and strengthening competitive positioning.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering innovative trust solutions tailored to high-net-worth clients, particularly in areas of wealth preservation, succession planning, and holistic financial structuring, while ensuring full compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Trust Product Strategy & Establishment
- Define and drive the overall trust product strategy and business roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and formulate innovative product strategies to achieve business goals and growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end product design from inception, including securities trusts and monetary trusts, ensuring alignment with market demand and regulatory standards.
- Responsible for the preparation and enhancement of trust-related documentation to ensure legal integrity, completeness, and compliance with client needs and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Establish and standardize end-to-end operational processes and service mechanisms across the trust lifecycle, including client onboarding, transaction execution, account management, and settlement, to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
- Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, WMO, and Risk Management departments to ensure all trust products and activities adherence to internal and external guidelines.
- Trust Product Marketing & Promotion
- Develop and execute trust marketing strategies and campaigns to boost product visibility and drive sales performance.
- Articulate compelling product value propositions and develop effective sales enablement tools for internal and external use.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to continuously refine and differentiate our product offerings.
- Collaborate with sales teams, Relationship Managers, and Investment Consultants to provide product training and advisory support, ensuring they can effectively introduce trust products to clients.
- Trust Platform System Design & Implementation
- Lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of trust platform capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with IT and relevant stakeholders to ensure system readiness for new product features and regulatory changes.
- Conduct UAT execution and provide continuous support and improvements for the trust system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in wealth product management.
- Proven track record in successfully launching and managing financial products.
- Strong knowledge of trust products (e.g., money trusts, securities trusts)
- Solid understanding of wealth management and High-Net-Wealth (TPC+) client needs.
- Familiarity with Taiwan trust regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
