In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

 

Job Objective

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IBG branch. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers, manage a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvement within the branch.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IBG branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers.
  • Manage a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics, analyze data, and provide recommendations to the management team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing support and guidance to the team on complex operational issues.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives, products, or services that align with the bank's strategic objectives.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present findings effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Thorough understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
