Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall PWEB platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver platform enhancements and modernization initiatives.
- Lead platform governance, prioritization, demand management, release planning, and risk management activities.
- Manage relationships with development teams and vendors, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and support business growth.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the DTI development team, fostering engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational resilience through adherence to engineering best practices and governance standards.
- Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, vulnerability remediation, and continuous service improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in application delivery, digital platforms, content management systems, or customer-facing web applications, with demonstrated experience leading teams or managing platform delivery.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, demand prioritization, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Good understanding of enterprise web platforms, application architecture, SDLC, DevSecOps, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to provide technical oversight and guide development teams across application design, implementation, and operational support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology outcomes.
- Experience with AWS is highly preferred.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or large-scale digital platforms will be an advantage.
