Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English therapists to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across Illinois. This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.
Many of our partner school districts serve large Spanish-speaking communities, and the need for culturally competent, bilingual care is significant. If you're bilingual and passionate about serving Latino youth — this role was built for you.

The Work
You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in IL school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.
What You Need
- Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
- Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)
Preferred
- Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
- Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
- Active NPI and CAQH
