Role Summary 

The Site Lead is responsible for overseeing onsite study operations and ensuring the successful execution of study requirements and daily activities. This role provides direction and support to onsite moderators, performs basic troubleshooting, and manages site logistics, including site check-in/check-out processes as needed. Acting as the primary liaison between the remote management team and onsite staff, the Site Lead communicates status updates, escalates issues, and helps ensure seamless project execution.

The Site Lead is accountable for fostering strong client relationships, coordinating onsite resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver a professional, high-quality participant and customer experience.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the execution of study sessions throughout the day, ensuring adherence to study protocols

  • Provide effective analysis and reporting of the onsite project performance and needs

  • Provide effective risk management through identification, escalation, mitigation, and effective resolution of issues

  • Execute the project autonomously, while successfully coordinating with cross-functional project teams as required to procure required resources and support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact with internal stakeholders

  • Lead and contribute to continuous performance improvements for the data collection project

  • Operate and maintain data collection equipment, offload data, manage logistics, provide daily reports, and lead the overall high-quality data generation for this effort, day in, day out

  • Understand provided project documentation to assist participants as well as team members

  • Capture data for the assigned project, aiming to reach the targeted daily goal

  • Utilize client tools to collect, label/tag data

  • Convey sessions details to the Project Manager and Production team

  • Interact with various hardware & software

  • Assist in preparing session materials and setting up facility

  • Provide feedback on session dynamics and participant engagement

  • Ability to lift up 50lbs when needed

Role Requirements 

  • Experience in moderation, facilitation, proctoring or similar roles preferred

  • Comfortable being on camera for video recording sessions

  • Possess basic technical knowledge and experience in using iOS

  • Experience using a lux light meter to measure and assess lighting conditions is required.

  • Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle, as regular travel is required for this role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
