Lift Truck Operator

Dart's Scarborough manufacturing facility is seeking a Lift Truck Operator to help keep production moving. From loading and unloading materials to supporting inventory accuracy and material flow, you'll play a key role in maintaining safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

- Location: Scarborough, ON | 2121 Markham Road, M1B 2W3
- Pay Rate: $26.04/hour (Non‑Negotiable)
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts with availability required for all shifts (days, afternoons, nights)
What You'll Do...
As a Lift Truck Operator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our warehouse operations running safely and efficiently:
- Safely operate lift trucks (including Counterbalance forklifts) and attachments
- Load, unload, move, and store product within the warehouse and distribution centre
- Pick cases and full pallets accurately and efficiently
- Verify counts, complete paperwork, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow all safety, GMP, and quality standards
- Communicate operational or safety concerns to your supervisor
- Support a fast-paced warehouse handling a high volume of SKUs
What You'll Need...
To be considered, you must meet the following:
- Valid, up-to-date Lift Truck Operator certification
- Hands-on experience operating Counterbalance forklifts
- 2–3 years of experience as a Lift Truck Operator (preferred)
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, walking, bending) and work in varying temperatures
- Reliability, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
