About this role

Description

To assemble finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners according to customer specification and company policies. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling
  • Set and assemble small, large hand tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools
  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
  • Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with direct supervision
  • Ability to concentrate and sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Assembly or Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to interpret blueprints preferred
