Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Production Feeders. This critical role involves supplying raw corrugated sheets to machines and assisting machine operators to ensure smooth production and high-quality output. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintaining efficiency and quality while upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load raw corrugated sheets into machines according to production specifications.
- Production Support: Work closely with machine operators to maintain a steady flow of materials, preventing delays and optimizing efficiency.
- Machine Monitoring: Observe machine performance and adjust feeding rates as needed to ensure smooth operation.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Workplace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in to effectively interact with coworkers and supervisors.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties.
- Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential for maintaining production schedules.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform fractions, unit conversions, and measurements for accurate production calculations.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in noisy environments and variable conditions.
