The Marketing Technology Team Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our marketing platforms, including Kapost, Content Hub DAM, and Showpad, with some work in our CMS and PIM systems as needed. In this role, you will act as the administrator and first point of contact for these tools, ensuring smooth functionality, providing support to internal stakeholders, and optimizing workflows to drive efficiency and engagement across the marketing team.

This position reports to the Marketing Technology Team Leader and is part of the Marketing Operations Team located in Krakow, Poland and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

  • Administer the daily operations of marketing technology platforms, including Kapost for content workflows, Content Hub for digital asset management, and Showpad for sales enablement, while maintaining user accounts, permissions, workflows, and platform configurations.
  • Manage the upload, organization, metadata, publication, distribution, and lifecycle of content, digital assets, and products, ensuring alignment with brand standards, compliance requirements, and campaign timelines.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams, serving as the primary point of contact for platform-related inquiries.
  • Create and maintain training materials and deliver platform training sessions for new and existing users.
  • Audit and monitor platform performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with marketing, sales, Information Technology, internal teams, and external vendors to implement process enhancements using Danaher Business System tools and methodologies.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fluent proficiency in English.
  • At least one year of experience administering marketing technologies or digital platforms.
  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use software platforms, manage multiple priorities, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with workflow automation, metadata management, and content governance.
  • Experience with Sitecore, Kapost, and/or Showpad platforms
