The Associate Engineer, Operational Technology is responsible for supporting and maintaining Operational Technology (OT) network infrastructure across manufacturing and laboratory environments. This role partners with Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing IT, and site operations teams to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant connectivity for critical production systems.
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Network and is part of the NetDevOps Team located in Lodi, CA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of OT network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and laboratory network issues.
- Assist with OT cybersecurity and network segmentation initiatives.
- Maintain network documentation and monitoring tools.
- Support automation and continuous improvement within NetDevOps.
The essential requirements of the job include
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of experience supporting enterprise or OT networks.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, wireless, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices for OT environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
- Ability to travel – 15 % travel, overnight, to California locations as needed.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Supporting regulated manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, device configuration, and system monitoring.

The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
