Electrical and Lighting Service Coordinator

Job DetailsJob Location: PANTEGO, TX 76013Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 HourlyJob Category: Admin - ClericalWe are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support our service operations through strong administrative oversight, coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with a minimum of 3 years of service administration experience and hands-on payroll experience within a construction environment. This role is critical in ensuring service department runs efficiently, documentation is accurate, and communication between teams, vendors, and clients is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for Electrical service and projects from pre-construction through closeout
Create work orders and schedule with field technicians and customers.
Prepare, track, and maintain purchase orders and project/service documentation
Coordinate communication between project managers, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Manage certified and/or non-certified payroll, including time collection, job cost coding, wage compliance, and payroll reporting
Assist with employee tracking, expense reporting, cost tracking, and project reporting
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

QualificationsQualifications

Minimum 3 years of construction administration experience (required)
Proven payroll experience in the construction industry
Work order updates, scheduling
Customer communication
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with time tracking software is advantageous
Experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage projects
