Role Overview:

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with a strong interest in the Wealth Management domain who can work at the intersection of client engagement and project leadership. This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to learn and apply agentic AI concepts to transform how wealth managers, banks, and fintech serve their clients.

The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects with global BFSI clients (UK, Europe, India), support CXO-level business

development, and build deep

expertise in AI-powered wealth journeys (such as onboarding, suitability assessment, advice reporting, wealth nudges).

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership s Delivery

·  Lead functional work-streams in wealth management projects

·  Translate client business requirements into structured data models, rules, and workflows aligned to regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, FCA Consumer Duty, SEBI)

·  Collaborate with AI architects and tech teams to design and deliver agentic AI prototypes and solutions

·  Support deliveries of agentic AI solutions including functional documentation, validation of the solutions and demos to clients

Business Development

·  Work with leadership to develop proposals for BFSI clients, focused on wealth management

·  Conduct market research on wealth management trends, competitors, and regulatory changes

·  Build and deliver client presentations, demos, and POVs to support business development

·  Contribute to thought-leadership content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, client workshops, summit collateral)

AI s Domain Learning

·  Over time, develop a working knowledge of agentic AI concepts (RAG, knowledge graphs, intelligent data extraction)

·  Experiment with AI-native tools (conversational apps,
