Key areas of responsibility and competence:

  • Responsibility for achieving Sales Budget and Gross Margin responsibility for the Commercial Consulting Sales through active  offering and execution  of  project sales, promotion of total solution approach
  • Create action plans in line with company’s objectives.
  • Plan development of customer portfolio and targeted  clients in line with the  required company approach.
  • Observe and evaluate  all business opportunities and risks.
  • Execute administration support incl. regular reporting to direct superior as well as any other support in case of need.
  • Develop and coordinate sales support and marketing activities and promotions.
  • Proactive approach and sales execution of projects specify by Daikin, close cooperation with all members of Commercial team.
  • Collect, analyse and use market intelligence data, execute product optimization of potential orders.
  • Analyse, estimate on sales potential, develop  dealer network, execute and control dealer development.
  • Support sales through  regular customers visits in order to meet the assigned KPIs.
  • Find out relevant contact person, agree on General Contractor visits, and visit. Info about projects obtained from several sources (e.g. Dealers, Websites, Public resources, General contractor, Investors).
  • Manages projects, get into potential business projects at the earliest stage of project/investment.
  • Get aware of project, steer internal information exchange, update project list, plan for visit with relevant partners and people involved in decision-making process. Checking development of projects.
  • Monitor regularly the pricing and competitors’ situation in the relevant market
  • Prepare price strategy for the final approval by the manager, inform TCS.
  • Regular update of customers/clients in CRM and other required reporting systems, databases.
