Location: Marietta, GA - In-Office

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive project coordination support to Project Managers, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives
  • Coordinate and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while ensuring project information remains accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate daily scheduling and resource allocation for HVAC projects, ensuring technicians, subcontractors, and project stakeholders remain aligned on project timelines and priorities
  • Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership by preparing status updates, reports, meeting materials, and project documentation
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items, partnering with project teams to drive timely resolution and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Support project forecasting activities by assisting with budget tracking, monthly forecasts, and project performance reporting
  • Organize and coordinate project-related meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting facilitation support, and distribution of meeting minutes and follow-up actions
  • Maintain project files, records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, version control, and compliance with established processes and standards
  • Coordinate training activities, including scheduling sessions, managing logistics, and supporting requests for new training programs
  • Monitor and update project management systems and reporting tools to ensure project data is current, accurate, and accessible to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple projects and geographic locations to ensure efficient resource utilization and successful project execution
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis, reports, and administrative support materials to meet project and business needs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by documenting processes, standards, policies, and best practices that enhance project execution and customer experience

Your Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelors Degree in Communication, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, IT or related disciple (Preferred)
  • 4+ years of related project coordinator experience
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including well developed listening skills and ability to interpret business and/or client needs
  • Knowledge/interest in HVAC products, services, and turnkey projects (Preferred)
  • PMI Certification (Preferred)

The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $25.72 - $42.45 in Georgia. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
