ERP Implementor Specialist

Job Summary:

The ERP Implementation Specialist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive business process and application consulting services, including business analysis, solution design, gap analysis, software installation, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support, all in line with established implementation methodologies. A key aspect of the role also involves fostering long-term, successful relationships with clients and providing them with industry best practices to ensure optimal utilization of the solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define and communicate tailored implementation plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and delivering measurable results.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all client communications to ensure seamless follow-up and effective project management.
• Engage in the complete client-facing implementation lifecycle, covering activation, data migration, training delivery, permissions setup, rigorous testing, and a successful go-live phase.
• Guide clients in maximizing the use of software tools and deliver technical support by refining and optimizing scoped processes.
• Proactively address client inquiries, serve as a key escalation point for resolving concerns, and coordinate internal communications to ensure smooth implementation progress.
• Generate precise reports and comprehensive documentation to effectively communicate onboarding milestones and progress to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the customization team to design and implement tailored solutions that align with the client's specific requirements.
• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions by scheduling optimal times and locations, ensuring the effective application of learned concepts in the client's operational environment.
• Ensure a seamless transition of client relationships to the customer success team post-onboarding, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and trust.



Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP software implementation, including installation, configuration, testing, and support.
• Strong understanding of software delivery processes and methodologies, with the ability to adapt to various project management approaches.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve issues related to system usage, data imbalances, and process inefficiencies.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client expectations effectively.
• Excellent training and coaching skills, with the ability to empower clients to utilize ERP software efficiently.
