Pay: Competitive hourly/session rate based on experience
Schedule: Early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends based on program needs
- Lead HYROX-style group training sessions with energy, professionalism, and strong coaching presence
- Coach athletes through running, sled work, rowing, SkiErg, wall balls, lunges, carries, burpees, and other HYROX-specific movements
- Help design and execute structured training sessions that improve strength, endurance, conditioning, and race-day performance
- Modify workouts for different fitness levels while maintaining the integrity of the program
- Create a positive, competitive, and encouraging training environment
- Assist with member engagement, accountability, and program growth
- Educate athletes on pacing, movement standards, strategy, and recovery
- Represent D1 Training Ponte Vedra with professionalism and a team-first mindset
- Has HYROX experience as a coach, athlete, or participant
- Has a strong background in functional fitness, endurance training, strength and conditioning, CrossFit-style training, or group coaching
- Is confident coaching groups and giving clear instruction
- Brings high energy and knows how to motivate adults of different fitness levels
- Understands proper movement mechanics and can coach safely and effectively
- Is dependable, organized, and passionate about building community
- Enjoys helping athletes prepare for events and accomplish big goals
- Personal training, group fitness, strength and conditioning, or CrossFit-style coaching experience
- HYROX race experience or knowledge of HYROX standards and race format
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain
- Relevant fitness certification preferred but not required for the right candidate

Outside of group workouts, D1 Training offers one-on-one training with world-class coaches which has been utilized by professional and Olympic athletes.
D1 Training currently has more than 170 open facilities with 250+ in development, and the brand expects more than 125 locations operating in the next three years.
