Senior Engineer - Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers (special processes & subcontract machining) to obtain commitment dates for parts sent for processing
  
• Expedite lead times to ensure adherence to production and delivery schedules
  
• Regularly follow up with suppliers to track progress and resolve delays
  
• Conduct frequent visits to supplier locations to monitor work-in-progress (WIP)
  
• Ensure timely movement of parts to and from supplier locations
  
• Coordinate internally to ensure processed parts are received at the Client within planned timelines
  
• Maintain proper tracking and status updates of all outsourced processes
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field
  
• 1–4 years of experience in production support / supplier coordination / procurement
  
• Willingness to travel frequently to supplier locations
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, special processes, and subcontracting
  
• Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure
