🧰 What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Holds a West Virginia HVAC License and Tech 2 Card (Residential work required)
- Has strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in the field
- Understands HVAC/R systems, refrigeration principles, and residential installation best practices
- Can read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation schematics
- Is comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
- Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Can pass a background check and drug screening
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
