Hiring Now: Production Workers | 2nd and 3rd Shift

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Plover, WI. In this role, you will support production operations by packing products, preparing boxes, identifying quality defects, and assisting with various production line duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, sort, and remove defective products
• Pack products and prepare boxes for shipment
• Stack cartons and groom products on the production line
• Weigh and load boxes for shipping
• Supply materials to production lines, including cartons, tape guns, and gloves
• Provide break coverage in palletization areas
• Use plastic scrapers to separate products on shaker tables
• Assist with basic equipment assembly using hand tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. regularly and up to 30 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to work around moving conveyor belts and forklift traffic
• Comfortable walking on wet or slippery surfaces
• Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, and other physical movements required
  

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
