About this role

Our client is looking for dependable and motivated Production Workers to join their food manufacturing team in Portage, WI!

Attendance Bonus

  • Perfect attendance for 30 days = $480 monthly bonus
  • 90% attendance = Approximately $160 monthly bonus

Available Shifts
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Responsibilities

  • Package, label, and inspect food products
  • Remove products that do not meet quality standards
  • Fill, seal, band, and box products
  • Palletize finished goods
  • Assist with equipment setup and cleaning
  • Follow all food safety and quality procedures

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Work Environment

  • Cold temperature environment
  • Loud machinery (hearing protection required)
  • Hair nets, frocks, and non-slip footwear required
  • Exposure to food allergens
