About this role
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to build, wire, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on assembly work, reading technical drawings, and working with precision tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
- Perform electrical panel assembly and point-to-point wiring
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and BOMs
- Route cables, install wiring harnesses, and integrate components into final assemblies
- Troubleshoot assembly and wiring issues
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and micrometers
- Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical, electrical, or mechanical assembly within a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with complex wire routing and large wire-run builds
- Capital equipment or large machine assembly experience
- Experience in clean room or regulated manufacturing environments
