About this role
The Internal Director of the Commerce Advocate Program is responsible for coordinating internal operations and initiatives to promote the Sauder School of Business to prospective students. This role focuses on fostering team cohesion, supporting member development, and ensuring the smooth execution of CAP’s initiatives
\nTime CommitmentSept-Mar: 5 hours/week
Apr-May: 2 hours/week

Organize and facilitate internal team meetings and bonding events

Maintain and update internal documents, schedules, and shared drives
-
Support onboarding and training of new CAP members
-
Coordinate team communications and ensure alignment across projects
-
Assist in planning and executing CAP’s outreach events and initiatives
-
Promote a strong and inclusive team culture
-
Collaborate with the executive team to ensure smooth club operations
-
Desire to represent Sauder to prospective students
-
Strong interpersonal and effective verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work well in a team and lead with initiative

Passion for student engagement and community building
