About this role

The Vice President of Finance will manage all aspects of the service’s finances, including the budgeting process, reimbursements, and forecasting. This role is crucial in maintaining financial transparency and supporting the strategic decisions of the team through financial analysis and reporting.

\nTime Commitment
Typically 3-5 hours per week, up to 10 hours in September/January
Term of Employment
August 2026 - April 2027
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the SSU budget in collaboration with Co-Chairs

  • Process all reimbursements and track expenses

  • Ensure compliance with CUS financial procedures

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial tracking

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets

  • Previous finance-related experience preferred
