About this role
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Check in guests and assist with seating
- Liaise with musicians and venue staff
- Set up candles and equipment under the supervision of the team lead
- Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays (shift is typically 8 hours, from 2PM - 10PM)
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment of up to 45lbs
- Must have a car and a valid driver license
- Must be willing to drive up to (and sometimes over) 2 hours to an event
