Cura Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.

At Cura of Sauk Centre, an LPN will provide essential nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians, ensuring our patients receive safe, effective, and personalized healthcare services. This role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal health outcomes. 12 hour shifts and every 3rd weekend scheduling. Up to $4/hour shift differential.

Earn up to $1,500 for Full-Time or $750 for Part-Time

LPN Responsibilities

  • Provide routine nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering injections, and managing wound care.
  • Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in patient status to Registered Nurses or physicians promptly.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Document all nursing care and patient information accurately and timely.
  • Support patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with infection control standards and healthcare regulations.
  • Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing care practices, medication administration, and patient safety protocols preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend, and holidays as part of the rotation.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or rehab is preferred.
