Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and document vital signs and any changes in patient condition.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
- Adhere to infection control policies and healthcare regulations.
- Current and valid CNA certification.
- Compassionate and patient-centric approach.
- Reliable availability to work day shift hours.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of patient care procedures and safety standards.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of care and professional behavior.
