Sourcing Specialist
About this role
Job Summary:
Partner and collaborate with hiring managers, interview teams, recruiters, human resources, shared services and other key stakeholders to provide support services across talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Always On Support
Accountable for managing life cycle of requisition through applicant tracking system (ATS) including documentation for auditing purposes.
Integrated Solutions
Lead and support the offer management process, initiate and complete background and reference checks which may include supporting electronic consents, and communicate results to the appropriate parties.
Adheres to recruiting processes, policies, tools and ensures that recruitment teams operate in compliance with relevant legislative and governmental regulations and in adherence with the company’s policies and procedures.
Process Execution
Participates in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes; documents processes and improvements; contributes to communication and change management efforts for improvement activities.
Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring managers, making travel arrangements, preparing candidate information packets, creating interview agendas, etc.
Manage and submit expenses for payment as it relates to the interview process and candidate travel, etc. for external candidates.
Create and format job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand.
