Quality Inspector - Level II

We are looking for a talented Quality Inspector – Level II to join our team specializing in Quality for our Cummins Inc. facility in Mineral Point, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

• Ensure Product Quality: By verifying that products meet technical specifications, you help maintain high standards and prevent defective items from reaching customers.
• Detect and Prevent Defects: Your keen eye for detail and use of measurement tools will catch issues early, reducing waste and rework.
• Support Continuous Improvement: Documenting non-conforming products provides valuable data that can be used to improve processes and product design.
• Uphold Company Standards: By following established norms and quality standards, you reinforce the company’s commitment to excellence and compliance.
• Train and Empower Others: Sharing your expertise in measurement techniques and documentation helps build a stronger, more capable team.
• Enhance Production Efficiency: Your role in identifying and removing defective products ensures smoother operations and fewer disruptions on the production line.
• Protect Brand Reputation: Ensuring only high-quality products leave the facility helps maintain customer trust and brand integrity.
