HR People Support Administrator

About this role

We are looking for a talented HR Administrator to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our People Support in San Fernando de Henares, Spain.  

This role requires 10% travel, both internal and international, with internal travel potentially becoming necessary at a later stage. 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Efficient Data Management: By accurately gathering, compiling, and inputting data, you'll ensure that all administrative support duties are completed with precision, enhancing overall team efficiency. 
  • Human Resources Support: Your involvement in various HR activities, such as compensation, benefits, and performance management, will help streamline these processes and provide valuable support to employees. 
  • Conflict Resolution: Assisting in conflict resolution and providing coaching and counselling on employment matters will foster a positive work environment and help resolve issues effectively. 
  • Recruitment Assistance: By supporting recruiting efforts, updating the applicant tracking system, and coordinating new hire orientation, you'll play a crucial role in bringing new talent into the organization. 
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of workforce information in HR systems will maintain the integrity of employee records and support informed decision-making. 
  • Administrative Excellence: Conducting research, preparing reports, and handling routine to complex information requests will provide essential administrative support, contributing to the smooth operation of the department. 
  • Policy and Procedure Documentation: Documenting and maintaining departmental policies and procedures will ensure consistency and compliance within the organization. 
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Acting as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience, you'll share your knowledge and expertise, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
