About the Role:
Join Culligan of Charlotte & Hickory as a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC, where you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional water solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of a leading water treatment company.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and supplies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by following safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any order discrepancies.
- Occasional assisting field personnel with large projects/jobs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and strong team player mentality.
