About this role

The Manager, Business Pacing & Channel Replenishment owns business performance visibility across Amazon, E-Commerce, Retail, Marketplace, and Strategic Accounts. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a single source of truth for business pacing, replenishment health, promotional performance, and replenishment. Reporting to the Director, SIOP & Operations, this individual will drive proactive decision-making through data-driven insights, performance reporting, and cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Business Pacing & Analytics
  • Own the weekly business pacing process across all customers, channels, and product categories.
  • Monitor sales performance versus forecast, budget, and prior year.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Develop executive scorecards and business performance dashboards.
  • Support weekly S&OE and monthly SIOP reviews.
Replenishment & Inventory Analytics
  • Monitor customer inventory positions, weeks on hand, and replenishment health.
  • Support Amazon, Walmart, Target, and E-Commerce replenishment analysis.
  • Identify potential out-of-stock risks and inventory imbalances.
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Operations on corrective actions.
  • Provide visibility to customer inventory and service risks.
E-Commerce & Marketplace Analytics
  • Support Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, DTC, and Marketplace performance analysis.
  • Analyze traffic, conversion, ratings, reviews, search trends, and sales performance.
  • Monitor marketplace performance and support expansion initiatives.
  • Evaluate media effectiveness including PPC, DSP, and retail media programs.
Reporting & Business Insights
  • Build executive dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI and Excel.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of business performance gaps.
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Improve reporting automation and reduce manual reporting requirements.
  • Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, ecommerce analytics, replenishment, demand planning, or sales operations.
  • Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and advanced modeling.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data and insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Consumer products, household products, durable goods, retail, or CPG experience.
    • Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Retail Link, or Target analytics experience.
    • Experience supporting ecommerce and marketplace businesses.
    • Experience with Netstock, SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar planning systems.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will establish a trusted business pacing process, improve replenishment visibility across key customers, standardize ecommerce and marketplace reporting, deploy leadership dashboards, increase visibility to business risks and opportunities, and strengthen alignment across Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Operations.

 

Target Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 year.  Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.  Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including: paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
