Position: Manufacturing Associate / Electrical Technician (Electrical II)
Supervisor: Plant Manager
Location: Libertyville, IL
Description: This position is responsible for the electrical assembly, testing, and calibration of electrical products such as sensors, control panels, and associated components used for manufacturing systems. Must be able to follow blueprints, bill of materials, schematics, and/or piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). Additionally, this role is responsible for instrument startup and functional and safety testing along with engineering and quality personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to assemble system control panels, Point to point wiring, labelling to panels, connectivity testing.
- Complete field wiring of all sorts of industrial water systems, using various wiring techniques and voltages.
- Use of testing instrumentation equipment.
- Seamlessly transition from a variety of work centers, interfacing with all of the production assemblers, and able to engage with and discuss schematics with engineers.
- Collaborate with electrical engineering team.
- Troubleshoot wiring issues related to design and/or system limitations.
- Work with voltages ranging from 5VDC through 570VAC 3 phase.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical wiring required
- This role requires past experience with low and high voltages
- Willing to learn and be trained by senior team members
- Basic math and computer skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Manual lifting up to 50lbs

Target Salary Range: $65000-85000 a year or $24 - 34 / hour with the opportunity for eligible employees to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
