Job Summary: | The Division Administrative Director for the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact Department of Surgery Division that is at the forefront of innovation in surgical care. As a strategic partner to division chief and the Department of Surgery Director of Finance & Administration, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, from multimillion-dollar budgets and faculty affairs, to program development and strategic planning, all while driving process improvements and supporting cutting-edge clinical programs.
Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with faculty, leadership, and community practice teams to ensure operational excellence across inpatient and outpatient settings. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance patient care delivery, support faculty recruitment and development, and expand the divisions’ footprint through new ventures and partnerships. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role that offers the chance to make a lasting impact on the Department of Surgery, School of Medicine and the broader healthcare community.

Work Location: | Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $114,975-$154,066. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck. The University of Colorado provides generous leave, health plans and retirement contributions that add to your bottom line.
