Job Summary: | The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Community Practice, is seeking compassionate Obstetrics and Gynecology generalists for full-time faculty positions at the Instructor level or above in the growing Parker area. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new office and grow a community-focused practice with the support of a respected academic department. Faculty will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings supporting Parker and surrounding communities. The role includes shared service coverage, with night and weekend call at UCH Highlands Ranch.

Key Responsibilities: · Provide high-quality, patient-centered obstetrics and gynecology care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings. · Participate in shared call coverage, including night and weekend calls. · Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and staff to support efficient, coordinated care across the practice. · Supervise and teach medical students and residents in clinical and procedural settings. · Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical documentation and required training. · Engage in quality improvement initiatives that support patient safety, care quality, and clinical outcomes. · Contribute to community outreach and patient education efforts that advance the health and well-being of the communities we serve. |
Work Location: | Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Parker, CO.

Instructor: · MD or DO degree from an accredited institution · Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology · Newly graduated physicians who meet licensure and board eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply. · Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license · Current BLS certification Sr. Instructor: · MD or DO degree from an accredited institution · Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology · Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license · Current BLS certification · Four (4) years of post-residency clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care, collaboration, and clinical excellence Assistant Professor: · MD or DO degree from an accredited institution · Board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology · Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license · Current BLS certification · Six (6) years of post-residency clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care, collaboration, and clinical excellence Associate Professor: · MD or DO degree from an accredited institution · Board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology · Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license · Current BLS certification · Seven (7) years of post-residency clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care, collaboration, and clinical excellence Preferred Qualifications: · Experience in high-volume and/or high-risk obstetrics · Experience supporting clinical education · Knowledge of Epic electronic medical record systems Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Labor management, including knowledge of normal and high-risk labor progression · Fetal heart rate monitoring and interpretation · Knowledge of gynecologic evaluation and management · Experience with contraception counseling and procedures, including LARC placement and removal · Ability to perform routine gynecologic surgeries · Clear, effective communication and clinical documentation · Demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care across diverse populations Conditions of Employment: · Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
Instructor: $290,000 to $300,000
Sr. Instructor: $301,000 to $325,000
Assistant Professor: $325,000 to $335,000
Associate Professor: $335,000 to $360,000 **This position is eligible for participation in a metric-based incentive following the first 12 months of employment.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
