Corporate Business Development Representative

About this role
Reports directly to the CES Director of Business Development or designee and is responsible for the successful development and application of Cudd Pumping Services (CPS) sales and marketing strategy. Works directly with multiple customer accounts in assigned market(s) and is responsible for building strong business relationships across the organization
Essential duties include the following:
- Cultivates relationships with existing customers as a means to develop new business
- Prospects for potential new customers and key decision makers within customer organizations
- Communicates customer’s requirements and job requests with pricing, engineering and operations management team
- Assists and supports operations management team in resolving problems for customers
- Develops and negotiates pricing/proposals within company pricing guidelines that address customers’ needs, concerns, and objectives
- Monitors and maintains all customer contracts/pricing agreements (MSA’s)
- Maintains timely and accurate record of customer contacts, customer visits and tasks within company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Forecasts and reports on sales prospects and industry news
- Presents new company products and services through available outlets
- Develops and delivers professional and consistent sales presentations
- Documents customer feedback via CRM
- Attends industry functions, such as association events and conferences, both to promote Cudd Pumping Services and cultivate customer leads/opportunities
- Coordinates with management on market/customer strategies and actions plans
- Performs other assignments and/or duties as assigned
- May be required to be available to work outside of normal business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
- Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
- Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
- This position is not required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan but is subject to testing requirements listed within the plan.
