POSITION SUMMARY:
Supporting the management and innovation of product portfolios, ensuring seamless project execution, and conducting in-depth research and analysis. Driving strategic thinking and execution to provide actionable insights, contributing significantly to the success and innovation of the organization. This multifaceted role plays a pivotal part in shaping product strategies, project outcomes, and overall organizational success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Project Management (40%)
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines are met, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Work with internal and external parties to implement projects.
Product Management (30%)
- Developing and executing the product strategy, enhancing existing products, and introducing innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and drive initiatives to optimize the deposit product line.
- Conduct required research, analysis, and customer feedback to inform product development and positioning.
Research, Analysis and Reporting (30%)
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and relevant data sources.
- Gather and organize data from various channels to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
- Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis:
- Report Generation: Create detailed and clear reports summarizing research findings and analysis results; Develop visualizations and charts to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
- Identify emerging trends through continuous monitoring of market dynamics and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research goals with organizational objectives.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance or related field is preferred.
- 8+ years of product or project management experience, in retail banking or financial industry are preferred.
- Knowledge of the operations of all relevant business units and a working knowledge of the financial impacts and consequences of business decisions.
- General knowledge of the market analytics affecting existing or prospective markets.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in financial industry, bank operations, and business strategies preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Financial analysis skills and technical skills preferred.
- Ability in project coordination, research, and financial analysis.
- Bilingual in spoken, reading Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Minimum mobility to work in an office setting; sit for prolonged period of times; operate office equipment including use of a computer keyboard; and reach with hands and arms. Employees are occasionally required to walk and stand and lift and move records and documents weighing 30 pounds or less.
COMMUNICATION DEMANDS:
- Attention to detail, strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, self-motivated, and analytical skills, ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Standard office environment. Noise level in work environment is usually average. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $145,000.00/Yr plus full benefits. Exact offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
