At CSC, part of our largest business area SPV Management, we support international corporations with their establishment, financial administration and ongoing operations in Finland. We are now looking for a Financial Account Manager to join our growing Helsinki team. As a Financial Account Manager, you will be part of a dedicated accounting team. Working closely with colleagues in accounting, legal, payroll, and HR, you will act as a local expert for your clients on matters related to accounting and financial reporting.

Because our clients are exclusively international corporations, every case is unique, and solutions are tailored to each client’s needs. You will also collaborate with lawyers, auditors, and tax advisors – while they provide advice, you will ensure smooth implementation and ongoing administration of your clients’ Finnish entities throughout their lifecycle.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Taking ownership of your client entities, so that their bookkeeping is up-to-date, reporting delivered in accordance with agreed timelines and all filings made in time

• Day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice processing, reconciliations, and preparation of VAT returns jointly with our other dedicated team members

• Preparing financial statements, annual reports, and coordinating audits on behalf of clients

• Regular communication and collaboration with colleagues, clients, auditors, and external advisors

• Contributing to business growth by participating in commercial initiatives, internal projects, and continuous improvement efforts

About You

You are ambitious, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong analytical skills. You enjoy working in an international setting, can handle a dynamic pace, and are both a team player and capable of working independently. You are eager to learn, structured in your approach, and motivated by the opportunity to grow in your role.

We also expect you to have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent

• Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken

• Between 5-8 years of relevant experience (internships and trainee roles count)

• Previous experience in consulting or professional services is an advantage

Compensation

The salary range for this specific role will be €45,000 – €55,000 gross per year.

The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.
